5-DAY EXERCISE FOR CHILDREN: STRENGTH TRAINING CHALLENGE

We’ll build strength gradually by combining basic and compound exercises. We’ll start off with simple exercises for the major muscles of the body. Focusing on basic movements will help your kids maintain stability and prepare them for more challenging resistance training.

This will be followed by more dynamic weight-bearing exercises. These further increase your kids’ muscular strength. Lastly, we have dynamic Mat routines that further increase muscular endurance.
