30-MINUTE WEIGHT LOSS EXERCISES FOR KIDS

This fat burn exercise will help your kids lose fat, achieve healthy weight and have fun at the same time. We’ll be doing a series of energetic and fun cardio exercises for warm-up. These are medium-impact routines that help gradually elevate the heart rate.

Then we’ll do resistance training using their own weight. This targets all the major and minor muscles since we are doing compound exercises. And lastly, we’ll work on the abs with a dynamic mat routine. We’ll do this in 2 sets.
