30-MINUTE EXERCISE FOR KIDS – HOME WORKOUT

This is a great home workout your kids can do every day. This 32-minute routine consists of medium-impact cardio that can help rev up the metabolism.

Then we’ll do stand routines and mat exercises consisting of weight-bearing exercises that strengthen the entire body. We’ll do this in two sets and finish off with a nice stretch.
