30 MIN FULL BODY FITNESS WORKOUT FOR KIDS: HOME EXERCISE

This full-body workout will strengthen and tone all the parts of the body. We’ll do a mixture of bilateral exercises, compound dynamic routines, and weight-bearing exercises done standing and on the mat.

We’ll start with a straight to warm up all the muscles first. Then we’ll head on to a more challenging dynamic exercise.
