30-DAY STRONG CORE CHALLENGE FOR KIDS – KIDS WORKOUT

This all-core challenge will help the kids lose fat in all the areas of the belly, and shape and tone the muscles. This also strengthens the core area so they can attain better posture.

We’ll do an all-mat exercise program, all core focused and a combination of dynamic mat routines and Pilates-like exercise. We’ll do this in 2 sets.
