3-DAY WORKOUT PLAN FOR KIDS: (1) CARDIO BLITZ

This is a supercharged cardio routine that can help elevate the heart rate. This will help the kids lose a lot of overall fat and keep them at bay. These are mostly standing routines.

Ensure to engage the core a lot and slightly bend the knees so that you can perform the exercise to its full benefit with less risk of injuries. We’ll do this in two sets.
