3-DAY STRONG ARMS CHALLENGE FOR KIDS | KIDS EXERCISE

This is the ultimate 3-day arm strengthening exercise for kids! We’ll start off with a warm-up for the arms, then the second phase is composed of combination exercises, we’ll add cardio and arm exercises to burn more fat. The third phase focuses specifically on the arms.

This will ensure more pumped-up biceps and triceps. And to ensure better results, we’ll do two sets of each phase.
