3-Day Strong Arms Challenge For Kids

Want to help strengthen our child’s arms? Get them to do this workout!

This training will consist of 3 sets that are a combination of 3 exercises each. Each set will start with a short round that will be introducing the movement, second round will increase the work time to get the kids to perfect the movement and the third increasing even further to challenge them by pushing few extra repetitions.
