3-Day Strong Arms And Chest Challenge – Kids Workout

This challenge for your kids will be a tough one, but they will feel stronger just after 3 days. This upper body training is targeted to strengthen their arms and chest, and consequently their back as well.

First set will be higher paced with hand claps, punches, and arm circles to warm up the joints and get ready for floor work. Second set will be a real challenge keeping them in a moving plank position through all 3 exercises. Finishing up with a set of mountain climbers, swing backs and a static plank!
