3 Day Challenge To Burn Calories – Kids Exercises

This challenge for your kids will help them torch extra calories.

The workout is pyramid style, and they have 3 of them to work through! Each pyramid they will have to add a movement to get to 4, only to work their way back dropping one to get back to one. This format will keep them entertained while putting in some work with hops, punches, jumps and lots of other great cardio movements.
