This 3-day cardio for your kids will be fast and fun.

Consisting of only 8 movements, your kids will get to work through 2 pyramids, starting with 2 movements and adding new one, and going back down to remove one after reaching the top. The fun challenge at the end is to go through all 8 exercises one after another for a chance to work a little faster and a little harder than the first time around.
