This routine is tailored for restless kids who are used to bouncing off the walls.

This training will put them through movements that will force them to slow down by having to choose a slow and consistent pace due to longer timing. Longer timing will get them to slow down as they will need to use all that extra energy to last the whole set. Longer breaks in between will ensure their heart rate isn’t rising into aerobic zone and stimulate them into a more active state, and instead cool them down into a calmer and more relaxing one. Time to soothe the little team down!
