26-MINUTE STANDING FULL-BODY EXERCISE FOR KIDS

We’ll begin with some nice warm-ups and basic stretching routines. And to prepare to help the body burn fat, we’ll do a series of cardiovascular exercises. These are fast-paced movements that elevate the heart rate.

Then we’ll do a full set of compound exercises that target all the muscles of the body. Using multiple muscles at a time will help your kids increase their balance, coordination, strength, and endurance. We’ll do this in two sets.
