25 MINUTE FITNESS WORKOUT FOR KIDS: HOME EXERCISE

This kid-friendly workout will help the little ones achieve a healthier and fitter body. This exercise routine consists of a series of simpler standing exercises and then transitioning to more challenging mat routines. This will be done in two sets.

We’ll start with a nice and simple stretch to warm up the body. And don’t forget to keep the core engaged at all times!
