This fun exercise will strengthen your kids’ muscles, improve their muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and help them maintain a healthy weight. Even beginners can make this fitness routine a daily part of their day.

This is a low to medium-impact exercise routine that can be done every day! We’ll start with an easy cardio exercise. Then we’ll work on a single muscle group at a time with weight-bearing exercises. This will be done in two sets.
