We’ll do an easy and quick stretch for warm-up. Then the second phase consists of easy bilateral exercise that helps the kids work on their coordination. This will be followed by weight-bearing exercise, we’ll do both standing and mat routines. We work against gravity using the body weight, this helps build serious m]lean mass and increase overall body strength. We’ll do the weight-bearing exercise in two sets. Then we’ll finish off with a nice flexibility routine that also helps kids improve their coordination.
