21-DAY WEIGHT LOSS EXERCISE FOR KIDS

How to lose fat in 21 days with a short and quick workout? It has to be a carefully curated exercise that can help your kids burn fat faster. We’ll be doing a series of dynamic movements, this will be a combination of standing and mat routines.

These exercises use multiple muscle groups, so you’re working out a lot of muscle groups in a short time. And the transitioning through the movements results in a higher heart rate, these are quite similar to cardio exercises. We’ll do this in two sets.
