20 MINUTE BEGINNER FULL BODY WORKOUT FOR KIDS

This workout for kids is filled with fun exercises that are beginner friendly.

Only 20 minutes of work will alternate between cardio, strengths and core movements within the first part of the class. The small little challenge at the end will be to work through all the exercises again without alternating, cardio will all have to be worked through first before moving on to strength and finishing up with only core. Time to get the fun going!
