This 2-day training for your children will not skip a muscle in their body!

Ski hops for legs and arms, knee raises for legs, arms and core, mountain climbers for their back and chest, side lunge windmills for legs, arms and more core, squat and arm lifts for legs and arms. And while working all those muscle groups they will also be speeding up their heart rate making this a well-rounded strength and cardio workout.
