19-MINUTE BELLY FAT EXERCISE FOR KIDS: CARDIO & CORE WORKOUT

This fitness exercise combines cardio and core training. This is one of the more effective strategies to lose stubborn belly fat, for kids and adults alike! And you kids will find this routine rather exhilarating and fun.

The first phase consists of all standing cardio exercises, we’ll use short bursts of movement that use multiple muscles at a time. So they will also increase strength and lose fat overall. The second phase is all mat core routines. We’ll do challenging abdominal exercises that not only facilitate fat loss but also improves strength and endurance at the same time.
