15-MINUTE FULL BODY FAT BURN – STANDING EXERCISES FOR KIDS

Let’s burn ‘em baby fats! And the most efficient way to do it is a combination of cardiovascular exercise and strength training. We’ll do a series of cardio routines, bilateral exercises and a nice lovely stretch.

This consists of all standing workouts that can improve balance more. We’ll do more repetitions for maximum fat loss.
