Burn more baby fats with a fast-paced exercise routine. It consists of a series of challenging and fast bursts of movement for maximum fat burn.
We’ll start with simple HIIT routines, transitioning to more challenging cardio exercises. This keeps the heart rate elevated, thus making it more efficient for the body to burn fat. Then we’ll do a series of multiple muscle exercises. We’ll wrap up with more dynamic mat routines. This will be done in two sets.
