15-MINUTE CARDIO EXERCISE FOR BEGINNERS

Let’s do a cardio routine without the need to jump. You can still reach the maximum heart rate even with less explosive movements. So if you don’t want the kids to run, jump, or hop, this low-impact cardio will help them burn belly fat and overall.

We’ll do basic stretching followed by bilateral exercises that are core focused. We’ll do this in longer reps and two sets.
