15 MIN PYRAMID WORKOUT FOR KIDS: EXERCISE & BURN FAT

Pyramid training is a great way to gradually increase the intensity of your kid’s workout. The easier exercise done initially at higher reps serves as a warm-up for more challenging routines. We’ll work our way up and slowly include more challenging compound exercises, that we’ll do at shorter repetitions as we go along.

As your kids move up, they’ll be ready to take on more fat-burning exercises. This will be a combination of weight-bearing exercises, both standing and mat routines.
