15 MIN PYRAMID WORKOUT FOR HELPING KIDS LOSE FAT

Pyramid exercise routines are one of the old-schools yet effective ways to gain cardiovascular endurance and improve strength at the same time. The first exercises are done with higher reps. These have more cardio elements in them.

We’ll start with simpler cardio routines and work our way to more high-intensity ones done at shorter reps. One side of the pyramid works on the cardiovascular system while the other focuses on strength building. As we go down the pyramid, you’ll see a series of weight-bearing exercises done at shorter reps, ranging from basic moves to more dynamic ones.
