15-MIN HOME WORKOUT FOR HELPING KIDS LOSE BELLY FAT

Help the kids lose belly fat with a combination of cardio and strength training. The cardio movements elevate the heart rate to keep the fat-burning score up so the kids can lose more fat.

We’ll do dynamic mat exercises for the strength training part, the kids will be using their own body weight for resistance. This keeps the heart rate up so they keep burning more fat in this stubborn area. We’ll do the mat routine in two sets.
