This full-body kiddie exercise is a whole rounder. It works on every important aspect of your kids’ fitness. We have muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and agility. It’s an all-in-one exercise routine.

We’ll start with a nice stretch for them. This will be followed by basic exercise using major muscles. Let’s go a notch higher and challenge the muscles more by doing dynamic compound exercises. Let’s finish off with an easy abs routine and stretching.
