15 EASY EXERCISES THAT WILL POWER UP KIDS ENERGY AND DRIVE

Increase that stamina and alertness and keep your kids perked up the entire day with these easy exercises. These are not that strenuous so we’re going to do a combination of low to medium-impact exercises.

Each exercise will have a cardio component, but this is not that exhausting. So even beginners will also love this. Then we will also do some weight-bearing exercises that engage one to two muscles at a time.
