14-DAY ARMS OF STEEL CHALLENGE: UPPER BODY WORKOUT FOR KIDS

Kids need to build upper body strength. This helps them develop certain muscle groups that are needed for simple activities like writing or picking up objects. Thus, a good arm workout can help them be at their best every day and help others too.

We’ll start with some simple stretching for the arms. This will be followed by flexibility exercises that help prepare the arm muscles for more challenging weight-bearing exercises. Then we’ll do dynamic mat exercises that use your weight for resistance. We’ll do this in 2 sets.
